Noritz High-Fire SparkRod
Category: noritz igniter

The Ignition Rod, a pivotal component in various ignition systems, serves as the conduit for electrical current to initiate combustion.
Typically made of high-resistance materials like tungsten or carbon, the rod withstands the intense heat generated during combustion without degrading.
In internal combustion engines, the Ignition Rod works in conjunction with spark plugs. The battery sends an electrical pulse through the ignition system, which then travels along the Ignition Rod to its terminal at the spark plug.
Upon reaching the spark plug, a sudden and powerful electrical discharge ignites the fuel-air mixture inside the combustion chamber, driving the engine's pistons and ultimately producing mechanical power.
