Packaging Inquiry: Why is the packaging inside wet? Before leaving the factory, we conduct a thorough running test with clean water, which may leave a minimal residue that will not affect the performance.

Altitude Limit: Is there a limit to the altitude of the place of use? We do not recommend use above 2000 feet.

Freeze Protection: Does this product have freeze protection? Yes, when the temperature drops below 44°F, keep the water heater connected to power to activate the frost protection system. If not in use, remember to drain the water from the heater.

Installation Preparation: Is there anything I need to prepare separately for installing the water heater? You will need to install a Valve Kit with a 150PSI pressure relief valve (vent pipe and valve kit not included in the product), while other necessary parts can be chosen based on your specific situation.
